When starting a new business or company, legal advice is critical. Everything on how your contracts and agreements are written to employee agreements, partnership agreements, non-discolusure agreement.
Many forms and agreements templates can be found online doing a simple google search. Whatever templates you uncover, it is always best to have an attorney review the documents as they apply to your business or company.
